These terms apply to services provided by Lancaster Web.

Lancaster Web provides website design, development, Website Care and local visibility services for businesses.

Before work begins, I will provide a written quote outlining:

Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

A project begins once:

Unless agreed otherwise:

Websites will not be launched until final payment has been received.

Projects include reasonable opportunities for feedback within the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate:

Delays caused by missing information may affect project timelines.

Once full payment has been received, ownership of the completed website and agreed deliverables transfers to the client.

Third-party software, licences and services remain subject to their own terms.

Website Care may include:

Requests outside the included service may require a separate quote.

Website Care subscriptions are billed monthly.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

If payment fails, access to subscription services may be paused until payment is resolved.

Local Visibility services focus on improving SEO foundations and local search presence.

No guarantee is made regarding:

Search results depend on many factors outside my control.

Where working on an existing website, improvements are limited by the platform, hosting, theme, plugins and existing setup.

I do not guarantee changes can be made without access or restrictions.

Either party may request cancellation of a project.

Payments already made for completed work or reserved time may not be refundable.

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
