Do I need Website Care?
For most clients, yes — that is how the site stays hosted and looked after. These builds are not set up as DIY hosting projects. Care is still month to month with no long contract, so you are not locked in forever.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Care is billed monthly with no long contract. You can cancel from your account when you no longer need it.
Can I add local SEO to Care?
Yes. Website Care + Local SEO (£99/month) includes everything in Care, plus Google Business updates, monthly SEO checks and a monthly summary. Full details are on the Care + Local SEO page. Rankings are never guaranteed.
Can I use Website Care on a site you did not build?
Sometimes, after a short review. The plan works best on websites I have built or launched with you.
What counts as a small content change?
Things like updating text, swapping an image, adding a phone number or adjusting a simple page. New pages and custom features are quoted separately.
