Help local customers find you on Google and Maps — Google Business Profile, the SEO elements I can control, and a clear handover. Not a general website rebuild.
Google Business Profile setup or optimisation
Local keyword research
On-page SEO improvements
Search Console setup, sitemap submission and technical SEO checks
Bing Webmaster Tools setup
Local business schema (where applicable)
Every new website already includes essential on-page SEO, metadata, sitemap and Search Console setup. Local Visibility goes further for Maps and local discovery. On sites I did not build, technical work means review and recommendations — not rewriting someone else’s stack.
Everything in Website Care, plus steady local visibility work — Google Business updates, SEO checks and a clear monthly summary of what was done and what’s next.
Everything in Website Care (hosting, backups, monitoring, updates, small content changes)
Google Business Profile updates where appropriate — business information, photos and profile improvements
Monthly SEO health checks
Practical recommendations when opportunities arise
Monthly summary of completed work
Priority actions for the next month
No ranking guarantees — each month covers practical improvements you can review, not dashboards or promised positions. Month to month, cancel anytime.
Care + Local SEO works best after a Local Visibility setup, or on websites built by Lancaster Web. If your website has not been reviewed before, I may recommend a one-off setup first.
Send a short message and I'll recommend the simplest sensible starting point — website, local visibility, care, or a mix. A call is optional if you would rather talk it through.
The scope and total are always confirmed in writing before work starts.
Which package should I choose?+
Starter suits a focused one-page presence. Business is for up to five core pages and stronger local visibility. Bespoke is for websites with bookings, ecommerce, integrations or custom features.
Are the prices fixed?+
They are clear starting prices for the scope shown. I confirm the exact deliverables and total in writing before you pay a deposit, so there are no surprise additions.
How long does a website take?+
Starter projects typically take 2–3 weeks and Business projects 4–6 weeks. Bespoke timelines are agreed after discovery. Timings depend on receiving content when needed.
Do I own the finished website?+
Yes. The finished website belongs to you once the final invoice is paid. Any third-party software or paid tools remain subject to their own licences.
What if I already have a domain name?+
That is fine. Your domain can be pointed at the new website when we launch. Domain registration itself is separate if you still need to buy one.
Can I edit the website myself?+
A content management system is not included by default. Most clients stay on Website Care and send small text or image updates when they need them. If you need regular self-editing day to day, that can be scoped into the project separately.
Do you write the content?+
Business projects include guidance on page structure and what to say. You provide the final business facts and source material. Substantial copywriting can be quoted separately.
Can you help me get found on Google?+
Every website includes essential on-page SEO, metadata, sitemap and Search Console setup. For Google Business Profile, Maps and deeper local work, see Local Visibility. Ongoing monthly visibility work sits in Website Care + Local SEO. No specific ranking can be guaranteed.
What happens after launch?+
I complete final checks and put the site live. Most clients start Website Care (£39/month) at launch so I keep hosting, backups, monitoring, updates and small content changes covered. That is the normal way these sites stay online and looked after — not something you are expected to run yourself.
What if I need more pages or features later?+
The website can be expanded later. Larger additions, new pages and custom features are scoped and quoted separately before work begins.
How do payments work?+
A 50% deposit secures the project. The remaining 50% is paid after approval and before the website goes live.
